Under the global device settings, I have mine set for 100% for all 3 strengths, centering spring unchecked, combined pedals unchecked, degrees of rotation 900*, and allow game to adjust checked. In iRacing make sure it's set for 900 and adjust the strength/damping to your liking. Occasionally the game will start with the wheel only turning ~100.

Continuing with the recommended settings, check Enable Force Feedback and put the strength somewhere between 5 and 15 or so. Sep 14, 2014 #1 Update 2015-01-04: After the Oct 2014 update I started to find the default in-game ffb settings were working better and I no longer had to edit any files. I'm no longer changing any ffb settings in-game on my G27. The only thing left over is the ffb center deadzone issue but that seems to be better with the latest updates.
